You're already leading something that matters.
The question isn't whether you're capable.
It's whether the ways you've learned to lead -
the patterns, expectations, strengths, responsibilities, and definitions of success
that have brought you here - are the ways you want to keep leading everything that comes next.
The ways we've learned to succeed can also become the ways we limit what's possible next.
The Regenerative Practice™ is a 12-week developmental experience for a small circle of women who want to work intentionally with their own leadership.
Through reflection, relationship, discernment, experimentation, and lived practice, we'll learn from the leadership we're already living, and practice different ways of leading, choosing, relating, and carrying responsibility.
A small circle. Twelve weeks. One season of practice.
Perhaps you recognize this…
You know how to be capable.
You know how to carry responsibility.
You've learned a great deal about how to lead, get things done, care for people, and navigate complexity.
And maybe you're beginning to notice something.
You take responsibility before deciding whether it's actually yours to carry.
You second-guess something you already know.
Other people's expectations get louder than your own discernment.
You rely on a strength that has served you well, even when the moment might ask something different.
Your definition of success is changing, but you still find yourself leading from the old one.
Or perhaps there isn't a problem to solve at all.
You simply know:
There's more in me. And I want to grow into how I lead what comes next.
Maybe you've read the books, listened to the podcasts, attended the workshops, and learned a great deal about yourself and leadership.
More information may not be what you need next.
Because we can understand a pattern long before we stop leading from it.
We can know something intellectually and still return to the familiar response when the meeting gets tense, the decision matters, someone needs something from us, or uncertainty gets loud.
Recognizing a pattern once is not the same as developing the capacity to lead differently.
That takes practice.
We notice. We reflect. We discern. We choose. We try something. We learn from what happens. And we return.
The Regenerative Practice gives you somewhere to keep doing that.
Seeing something isn't the same as leading differently
Your leadership becomes the material
We'll work with the decisions you're making, patterns you're noticing, relationships you're navigating, responsibilities you're carrying, questions you're holding, and experiments you're willing to try.
I'll bring questions, practices, perspective, reflection, challenge, and guidance.
You'll bring your lived experience.
The other women will bring theirs.
Rather than simply learning another framework to implement, you'll strengthen your capacity to learn from your own experience.
Awareness. Reflection. Discernment. Stewardship.
Not modules to complete.
Capacities we practice through the leadership we're actually living.
What might become possible?
Twelve weeks won't give you every answer. That's not the point.
My hope is that you become more able to:
Recognize what's shaping how you're leading.
Distinguish what you know from what gets loud around it.
Discern what is actually yours to carry.
Use your strengths more intentionally rather than automatically.
Make a choice, learn from what happens, and choose again.
The goal isn't more information about leadership.
It's greater capacity to work with your own leadership.
What happens over 12 weeks?
We'll begin with a live Orientation to meet one another and enter the Practice together.
Over the course of our twelve weeks together, you'll also receive a personalized Leadership Reflection and a private 1:1 session with me. These create an individual layer within the collective Practice, a place to look more closely at what you're noticing, the patterns you're encountering, and what may be asking for your attention.
Your own Practice Inquiry will emerge as you begin working with your leadership through the Practice. You don't need to identify it in advance.
Then, across the season, we'll practice together through:
- Nine 90-minute live gatherings
- Guided reflection, conversation, and developmental practices
- Individual reflection and personalized guidance
- Practices and experiments to try in your actual life
- Implementation & Practice Weeks with space to live what we're exploring
- A private community for connection between gatherings
- Reflection throughout the season to help you notice your own development
We do not become ourselves by ourselves.
This is why The Regenerative Practice is a circle, not simply group coaching.
Someone else's story can help us recognize our own.
A question can help us see something we couldn't see alone.
We can practice saying something out loud before we're ready to say it elsewhere.
We can witness one another experimenting, learning, and returning.
And we can experience being seen without being fixed.
The community isn't an add-on. Relationship is part of the practice.
My Role.
One of the things I've learned I do particularly well is pay attention.
I listen underneath the presenting question. I notice patterns, assumptions, relationships, strengths, and responsibilities that can be difficult to see when we're standing inside our own experience.
I bring questions, reflection, perspective, pattern recognition, challenge, developmental guidance, and more than two decades of lived leadership experience.
But I'm not here to become the authority on your life.
My role is to create conditions in which you can see more clearly, strengthen your own discernment, experiment in your actual life, and learn from what happens.

Why a Founding Circle?
This is the first 12-week season of The Regenerative Practice.
I'm intentionally beginning with no more than 10 women because I want this work to be personal, relational, and shaped through lived experience.
I know what I'm here to hold.
And I don't want to pretend I know everything this Practice wants to become before we've practiced it together.
What we learn together will help shape what deserves more space, what we keep returning to, and what The Regenerative Practice may become in 2027.
This is a fully held experience, and it is also an experiment.
Founding Circle Investment
$900 paid in full
or
2 payments of $450
Because this is the first season of The Regenerative Practice, I’m offering the Founding Circle at a founding investment of $900.
This founding investment is specific to the first 12-week season.
Book a Regenerative Practice Conversation
Do you want somewhere to work with your leadership this way?
If you recognize yourself here, let's have a conversation.
We'll talk about what you're working with in your leadership, where you're interested in growing, and what you're curious about in The Regenerative Practice.
I'll answer your questions, and we'll discern whether the Founding Circle is the right place for this season.
