Trust yourself to lead
what comes next.
You’re already a capable leader. You’ve made difficult decisions, navigated change, led people and projects, worked inside complexity, and taken responsibility for things that matter.
And still, something about the way you’ve been leading may no longer fit.
The Leadership Lab is a yearlong practice space for experienced women leaders who want to learn from the leadership they’re already living, trust their own judgment, and practice how they want to lead what comes next.
A place to practice. A place to return. A year to learn from yourself.

to lead.
So why are you still second-guessing yourself?
Maybe you know what you think but hesitate to say it. You’re carrying responsibilities you’re no longer sure are yours. Everything feels important and urgent, and you’re struggling to know where to focus.
You can see something needs to change, but you’re questioning what you can actually influence. Or you simply know the way you’ve been leading isn’t how you want to keep leading.
That doesn’t erase everything that brought you here. And it doesn’t mean you need someone else to teach you the right way to lead.
It may be time to learn more deeply from the leader you already are.
Learn from the leadership you're already living.
Your experience isn’t just something to navigate. It can become material for your development.
The conversation you keep replaying. The decision you’re facing. The pattern you’re beginning to recognize. The thing you’re carrying. The strength you’ve overlooked. The idea you haven’t said out loud. The moment you trusted yourself...and the moment you didn’t.
In the Leadership Lab, you learn to be in a different relationship with those experiences. You notice, reflect, question, experiment, learn, and return.
You’re studying yourself, not grading yourself.
Over time, you become more capable of learning from yourself.
The conditions you’re leading inside are real.
If you work in climate, clean energy, sustainability, social impact, or systems change, you’re doing consequential work inside conditions you cannot fully control.
Policy changes. Funding shifts. Political uncertainty. Organizational constraints. Workforce reductions. New technology. Systems that aren’t changing nearly fast enough.
And when the problems are this important, everything can start to feel urgent.
This work isn’t about pretending those conditions don’t matter.
But they don’t have to be the end of the inquiry.
What can you influence? What isn’t yours to control? What are you carrying that isn’t yours to carry? Where do you have agency? And within everything that matters...
What is yours?
Leadership is less about carrying more and more about stewarding responsibility wisely.
This is a Lab.
Not a course to finish or a curriculum to keep up with. Not another leadership program telling you how a good leader should lead.
It’s a guided space to practice.
You bring the leadership you’re actually living. I bring personalized lenses, questions, perspective, Practices, challenge, and reflection to help you notice what may be difficult to see from where you’re standing.
Then you take what you’re discovering back into your life. You try something. Have the conversation. Make the decision. Notice what happens. Come back with more experience.
Practice. Live. Notice. Return.
Start with your Leadership by Design.
Your year begins with a personalized lens into your leadership.
Your Leadership by Design gives you specific ways to explore your strengths, patterns, decision-making, voice, and ways of leading throughout your year.
It isn’t a prescription for who you are or an assessment telling you what kind of leader you need to become. It gives you something specific to observe, question, experiment with, and test against your lived experience.
The lens gives you something to notice. Your experience gives you evidence. You decide what it means.
Your personalized design is provided through an IGNITE Her® report using the IGNITE Her® Frequencies, which we use as one lens for self-study throughout the Lab.
Then you have a year to practice.
You don’t need a year because there’s a year of content to consume.
You need time because leadership keeps giving you new material.
A decision. A difficult relationship. A new responsibility. A transition. A success. A mistake. An old pattern you recognize sooner. A moment when you trust what you know instead of immediately looking outside yourself for confirmation.
You get to meet yourself across different conditions, experiment with what you’re discovering, and return with more experience.
Depth can come from returning differently.
What becomes possible?
Not perfect confidence. Not certainty about every decision. Not a final answer about the kind of leader you are.
Something more useful.
You become more practiced at trusting your judgment without needing to know everything. Recognizing patterns without making yourself the problem. Using your voice when you have something meaningful to contribute.
You get clearer about what matters, what is yours, and what isn’t yours to carry. You experiment with different ways of leading and learn from what happens. You recognize strengths you may have overlooked and lead in ways that feel increasingly like your own.
And when the conditions change again, you know how to keep learning from yourself.

“I didn't come into the session with a specific problem to solve, but it helped surface some things that had been weighing on me beneath the surface. It brought unexpected clarity and a few key mindset shifts.”
Leadership Session Participant · Laurie
“The thing that's stayed with me most is how much easier it has become to believe in myself and be authentic once I stopped carrying the burden of living up to other people's expectations. That release was the real turning point.”
Leadership Advisory Client · K.F.
“The discussion about leadership and the shifting paradigm of what leadership looks like was thought provoking. I'm still chewing on it, but it is information I am internalizing that will guide how I lead in the world.”
Leadership Workshop Participant
Self-study doesn’t mean figuring it out alone.
I’ll guide the Experience throughout your year.
I’ll ask questions, challenge assumptions, offer perspective, help you recognize patterns, and invite you to look again.
Once a month, we’ll gather live for Return + Learn. Bring a question, an experiment, a win, something that surprised you, or something you’re stuck in. Or simply come listen and see what another woman’s experience helps you notice.
Between gatherings, our private Lab space gives us somewhere to stay connected. Share a message or voice memo, ask a question, celebrate something you noticed, join a conversation, or message me directly when what you’re exploring feels more personal.
Community, your way.
There is no cohort moving through the Lab together. We’re each living different lives, leading in different conditions, and bringing our own questions, experiences, interests, and perspectives.
You may love engaging with other women. You may participate occasionally. You may mostly listen. You may prefer interacting directly with me.
You don’t have to perform community to belong here.
Step in when relationship would serve you. Go live your leadership. Return when you have something to work with.

A Full Year to Practice
Twelve months to use all of it in relationship with the leadership and life you’re actually living.
How much time does this take?
As much as serves you.
There’s no weekly curriculum, required sequence, attendance requirement, or pile of unfinished modules waiting for you.
You might listen to a short reflection on your way to work. Spend twenty minutes with a Practice because something has your attention. Join a monthly gathering. Drop a question into the Lab.
Or you may spend several weeks barely inside at all because you’re busy living the very experiences you’ll eventually learn from.
There is no behind.
The Lab is designed to work with your leadership and life, not compete with them.
This may be your Lab if...
You’re an experienced woman leader working in climate, clean energy, sustainability, social impact, systems change, or other mission-driven work.
You care deeply about what you’re working toward. You’re already capable. And you know you’re still becoming.
You want to trust your judgment more. Get clearer about what deserves your attention. Use your voice more fully. Understand patterns you keep encountering. Stop carrying responsibilities that aren’t yours. Find your contribution inside problems far larger than you.
Or perhaps you simply have the quiet sense that something about how you’ve been leading is changing.
You don’t need to know exactly what that change is.
Start with what has your attention.
You don’t need to figure yourself out.
The work changes. The conditions change. Your responsibilities change. You change.
The goal isn’t to arrive at a final answer about who you are as a leader. It’s to become more capable of noticing what’s happening, learning from your experience, discerning what matters, and choosing how you want to participate now.
You need a practice for staying in relationship with yourself as you continue becoming.
Give yourself a year to learn from yourself.
Imagine recognizing that you’re second-guessing yourself and getting curious instead. Knowing something matters without assuming you have to carry all of it. Seeing a familiar pattern before automatically repeating it.
Saying what you see without needing everyone else to agree. Making a decision without requiring certainty about how everything will turn out. Trying something different and letting the experience teach you.
Over time, you discover that you don’t need every answer to trust yourself with what comes next.
A place to practice. A place to return. A year to learn from yourself.
A conversation you keep thinking about. A decision you’re trying to make. A strength you’re beginning to see. A responsibility you’re questioning. Something you’re tired of carrying. An idea you want to say out loud. A contribution you know you want to make.
Bring that.
The Leadership Lab gives you somewhere to work with it, practice with it, learn from what happens, and return with what you discover.
