About me and the work
Hi, I’m Meghan.
I’m the founder of The Regenerative Edge, a facilitator, and leadership advisor.
I work with leaders and teams in climate and systems change as their work, responsibilities, and context evolve.
Sometimes something isn't working. Sometimes the way they've been leading is still working, but they can sense that something is asking to evolve.
I create conditions for leaders and teams to learn from the experience they're already having and explore what becomes possible in how they lead, work, relate, and participate.
I’ve spent the last two decades working across climate, clean energy, and systems change...
inside organizations, partnerships, and cross-sector initiatives where the work matters, responsibility carries weight, and there aren't always clear answers.
I’ve led programs, built systems, facilitated groups, and worked in environments shaped by complexity, change, relationships, and competing responsibilities.
That experience shapes how I work now, alongside leaders and teams navigating the realities of consequential work.
I've seen what happens in these moments.
Capable, committed leaders can find themselves asking:
What is actually happening here?
What is this situation asking of me?
What is mine to carry, and what isn't?
And the familiar response can be to move faster, push harder, take on more, or look outside ourselves for the right answer.
But there may not be one right answer.
These moments can become opportunities to slow experience down enough to see more clearly, notice what's shaping how we participate, strengthen discernment, and experiment with another way.
That’s where I do my work.
I create conditions for leaders and teams to:
See
what's here more clearly, including the patterns shaping how they lead, work, and relate
Reflect
on what their lived experience may be showing them
Discern
what matters, what the situation asks, and what is theirs within it
Practice
different ways of leading, relating, and participating, then learn from what happens
The goal isn't to give you the right answer.
It's to strengthen your capacity to learn from your own leadership while you're living it.
There are different ways to enter and participate in The Regenerative Edge, from writing and focused Leadership Experiences to sustained practice, advisory, facilitation, and organizational work.
